Can sold goods be returned? 

We have a strict no-return policy once the goods have been received by the customer.

  • Please ensure you check that the goods ordered are received in good condition upon delivery.

  • Exception: In the very rare event that our products are found to be defective or expired, you may be eligible to return the goods to us.

I realized I have ordered the wrong items only when the good is delivered to me. Can I request an exchange?

Unfortunately, goods sold are strictly not exchangeable for incorrect sizing, change of mind, or wrong items ordered by the customer.

  • Kindly double-check your orders at the order summary page before checking out to prevent this issue.


 

Defective/Incorrect Items Were Sent to Me. What should I do?

We sincerely apologize if you have received a defective or incorrect item!

 

Reasons NOT Considered Defective:

The reasons listed below are not considered grounds for a return or replacement:

  • Slight variations on product colour from website images.

  • Slight product measurement variation (tolerance within specified limits).

  • Minor item imperfections, such as small cracks, minor shape deformity, etc., that do not affect the functionality of the product.

  • Self-inflicted damage to the item.

 

If Your Item IS Defective:

If your reason for return does not fall under any of the exceptions above:

  1. Please take a snapshot of the faulty area.

  2. Contact our customer service immediately with your order number.

  3. We will inform you on the next steps once we assess the issue.
